Concepcion, Paraguay (January 5, 2009)

So yeah, this week was a very interesting week. Probably one of the most interesting in the whole mission.
On New Year's Eve I thought that we were under attack. haha OMG it sounded like a war and stuff. So, so, so many fireworks were going off...HUGE ONES!!!
So it decided to rain and when I say rain I mean like a river came from the sky. It was so, so, so bad. So we worked all day in the rain and it was worse than taking a shower. The streets were to our knees and I fell in it up to my neck and my shirt was a different color. Our Branch President's son was walking to the top of the street and floating down to the bottom. When he floated down he went under the water all the way. It was so cool.
This week was a good week and a hard one because we really had to push ourselves to keep working cause it was so, so hard in the rain. But it's all good. I love you all so much. Chan
Questions...
Q: Did you get the ward's package?
A: No.

Q: Did you watch your birthday DVD? What did you think?
A: Yeah I got it. I love it. I got a lil homesick. haha

Q: How are things going with your new companion?
A: Good. He is an amazing teacher. I am his first gringo. haha

Q: Tell me something spiritual that happened this week.
A: We are teaching how to get prepared to enter the temple and teaching that class just makes me feel so good cause we teach pairs. Seeing how excited they are to get sealed makes everything seem so, so happy.

Q: Any baptisms coming up?
A: Next week.
