"Okay, here are a couple stories...
-I had my first baptism, this kid 13 year old kid named Oscar. The water was freezing and green, but it was cool.
-We are teaching this guy who drinks alot. After we have taught him he is changing. He barely drinks anymore. We are trying to baptize him. It is hard though.
-We are teaching this kid Ronald. He is smart and really wants to know for sure that the church is true. We are teaching him a lot and he is having a better time understanding.
-We are teaching this guy that has 16 kids.
-We gave this man a Word of Wisdom pamphlet and he was saying he wants to read it, but he was drunk.
-I've seen a couple monkeys. Love you lots. Chan"

Well...Paraguay. Basically I've been here 3 weeks and everything is starting to get normal; all the cows and pigs in the streets and everyone burning their trash and all that good stuff. But one thing that is still weird is that women breastfeed their children everywhere. It's a lil weird. Ok, alot. But my comp says that it is normal after a while ha ha. But people here are interesting. Everyone drinks this drink, matte or terrere. It's leaves in a cup basically. But they drink it every 5 minutes. W
ell we just got out of a storm and it rained a lot. All the streets flood very bad and it is like a river so it is not that fun walking in it. And when it rains Paraguay shuts down. Everyone goes in their house and sleeps. So when it rains we end up walking a lot. We rarely get turned away when we teach so that is good. And we are doing pretty good. We have 6 people with baptism dates so that is good. It's way pretty down here. The bus rides are the craziest things. There are no laws so it's a free for all. Spanish is still hard, but I'm getting it better. That guarani language is cool. I can say a couple things. But the weather here is crazy. It's either hot or hot ha ha. But it is so so so pretty.
